Mixed some miso into warm butter and it totally transformed my morning toast - super easy and packed with flavour! Such a simple upgrade.

Without a doubt the finest shoyu I have ever tasted. I think I only used about 30ml of the whole bottle to cook with, the rest I sipped from a teaspoon when I needed a pick me up, it really is that delicious. The downside of course, is that all other shoyu is ruined for me. I will have to buy this forever or else live as a shadow of my former self.
The miso is also exceptional. Sweet, headily fragrant, and a real showcase for what happens when you put your heart and soul into something. I’m already looking forward to my next purchase - thanks gents!

I'm a bit of a miso fan ~ even made my own with chickpeas & butternut squash. The oat miso is a super flavour & I love the oats com from just over the hill!
Shoyu is a lovely delicate yet complete flavour ~ super useful in all sorts of dishes
I had not tried miso or shoyu before and I was pleasantly surprised. The taste of both was complex...savoury with a sweet undertone....I have experimented with them a few times...the how to sheets were useful! I hope to go on using them.
